James Patterson is donating $2mn for classroom libraries, spread among a whopping 4000 members!
James Patterson is a very accomplished, entertaining author. He also introduces several new authors into the field. This morning I came across a tweet, that delineates how, in collaboration with the Scholastic Book Clubs, he is giving away $2mn, and a bonus 2mn points to teachers across the United States.
The money and points will be distributed among 4,000 teachers, at $500 and 500 points each!
